What we collect
When you create a WellSaid account we collect your email address and the business information you provide (business name, services, locations, and profile details). When you use the product we store the content you create: interview answers, uploaded documents, and the content we generate for you (articles, social posts, video scripts, photos).
How we use it
- To run the product: generate your content and check every fact against your own answers.
- To operate your account: sign-in, billing, and support.
- To improve WellSaid, using aggregated, de-identified usage patterns.
We do not sell your personal information. Your interview answers and documents are your material. We use them only to produce your content.
Third-party services
WellSaid runs on established infrastructure and AI providers to deliver the service: hosting and database providers, payment processing, AI model providers used to generate and verify content, and search-data providers used to find the questions your customers are asking. Each receives only the data required to perform its function.
Data retention and deletion
Your content stays in your account until you delete it or close your account. On account closure we delete your content within 30 days, except records we're legally required to keep (such as billing records).
Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from your account or by contacting us. If you're in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (such as GDPR or CCPA), we honor those rights on request.
