The service

WellSaid helps you create content from your own expertise: an article, social posts, a video script and photo ideas, all from one interview. You need an account to use the service, and you're responsible for activity under your account.

Your content

You own what you bring (interview answers, uploaded documents) and what WellSaid generates for you from that material. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service: to process your material, generate your content, and store your results. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for reviewing content before you publish it.

Honest use

• Don't upload material you don't have the right to use.
• Don't use the service to publish deceptive or unlawful content.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or resell the service without an agreement that permits it.

Billing

Paid plans bill monthly until canceled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the period you've paid for. Prices may change with notice before your next billing cycle.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, WellSaid's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
